Pork Ribs with pepper and salt

Clean the pork ribs with water, then chop them into 4cm lengths.

Mix 1/2 tsp of cornflour, 1/4 tsp of meat tenderiser and 1/2 egg white, and marinade the ribs for half an hour. Then mix in 2 tsp of rose flavoured Chinese wine.

Heat a pan of oil and deep-fry the pork ribs until they turn brown.

Transfer the ribs to another pan, add salt, chopped red chillies, fice spice flavours, sugar, chopped garlic, monosodium glutamate and wine, Stir well and serve.

320g pork ribs
1/2 red chilli
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp cornflour
1/2 tsp five spices flavours
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp monosodium glutamate
2/3 tsp sugar
3 tsp rose-flavoured Chinese wine
1/4 tsp meat tenderise
1/2 egg white
